What are the delivery times? +
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days for France and Europe (7 to 15 business days for the United States and Canada), depending on the product.
How can I track my order? +
An email containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly via the link provided in that email.
Can I return a product? +
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and return your product. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at smword23.pro@gmail.com to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and CB credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
My product is defective, what should I do? +
Contact us immediately at smword23.pro@gmail.com with a photo of the defective product and your order number. We will proceed with a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Do you ship outside of France? +
Yes, we ship to Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Croatia, Italy) as well as the United States and Canada. Delivery times: 5 to 10 business days in Europe, 7 to 15 business days for the United States and Canada.
Is delivery free? +
In Europe, delivery is free on all orders of €49.99 or more; below that amount, a delivery fee of €5.99 applies. For the United States and Canada, the fee is €7.99 regardless of the order amount.
