Shipping policy

All SM WORD orders are prepared and shipped from our partner warehouses. Here is what you need to know before ordering.

 

Order processing

 

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You receive an email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

 

Delivery times

 

As our products are shipped internationally from our partners, allow an average of 10 to 20 business days to receive your parcel in mainland France and the rest of the European Union, depending on the product ordered and the time of year (year-end holidays or customs may extend this slightly). The indicative lead time for each product is shown on its product page.

 

We know this can seem long compared with a site that holds stock in France: it's the price of sourcing gaming and tech products at the best value for money. We'd rather be honest about this lead time than promise you 3 days and disappoint you.

 

Order tracking

 

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time all the way to your door.

 

Shipping costs

 

Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and displayed before final payment, based on weight and destination. Free delivery is offered on orders of €50 or more.
